POLICIES
What to expect
Licensed and insured. Simple, fair terms so there are no surprises.
Cancellation
Cancel or change your ride at no charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not show up, the booking may be charged.
Wait time
Airport pickups include 45 minutes after your flight lands. Cruise port pickups include 60 minutes. For all other rides, 15 minutes is included. After that, extra wait time is billed by the hour.
Tolls and parking
Tolls and parking fees, when there are any, are added to the total. Standard airport and port fees are included in the flat rate.
Tips
Gratuity is not included in your rate. If your driver took good care of you, a tip is always appreciated but never required.
Extra stops and changes
Need an extra stop or a different drop-off? Tell us before the ride and we will confirm any change in price.
Privacy
We count visits and which buttons get tapped so we can improve the site. We do not record your name, phone number or anything you type.
Safety and care
Please wear seat belts. No smoking in the vehicle. Cleaning fees may apply for spills or damage.

How do I pay?
After you confirm your booking, you pay securely online by card or Apple Pay on Stripe's checkout page.
Do you charge surge pricing?
No. Our rates are flat and shown before you book.
Can I book a Sprinter for a group?
Yes. Choose Sprinter van when you book airport, cruise, hourly or event rides.
How does pick-up on return work?
On airport and cruise bookings, choose Yes for pick-up and tell us your arrival time. The return trip is priced the same as the first.
